There's a flashable zip in the above OP. I've tried it on the A9 and it works for me. It doesn't modify /system at all, so it won't break dm-verity.
I'll attempt to build a flashable zip that'll disable verity and forced encryption, but I'm not sure how reliable that'll be.

Thanks to osm0sis for his AnyKernel script that allows easy ramdisk modifications!

NOTES:
- Decryption is NOT SUPPORTED. Currently, you will have to cancel the decrypt and you will not be able to modify /data unless you flash a modified boot image with forced encryption disabled and then use the "Format Data" option in TWRP to start clean and unencrypted.
- Make sure you backup Boot and "System Image" in TWRP before flashing anything!
