Unpacking Native Libraries

Hi,
Any one has information on why does Android Framework unlinks, unpacks and rewrites native libraries (.so) on every reboot even if these are already installed on device? What is the actual trigger causing Android to act so?

That's a new one on me. Could you be seeing the interchange between the /system and recovery filesystems perhaps?
