Help Unplugged USB while on a call

soo.. i unplugged my USB while i was on a call. there was no data transfer taking place but now i can no longer access my sd card. infact my desire doesnt even detect my sd card... is it completely fried or is there any way to recover the card? because now the sd card is just...an annoyingly small piece of plastic..

Have you tried restarting the phone or taking out and reinserting the card?

Have you tried a restart mate?

If not take the SD card out, connect it directly to your PC and format it.

If still no joy contact HTC and let them know, I've heard that the latest update is damaging SD Cards

yeahh i tried restarting it and all that, i even returned the entire phone to factory settings (FML, i realized how stupid that was after i had done it..... -___-) but nothing seemed to work.

thing is, i dont even know how to reformat the card because when i connect to the computer it refuses to believe that the phone even has a card inside it. any thoughts?

This happened to me. I put had to put it into my old Nokia, format it and then reformat it in my Desire.
