C cisco3280 Lurker Jul 15, 2011 #1 Hey Guys: I need some help, I was given a HTC Incredible, I was told that it had a bad ESN. Anyway, all the info where the ESN, etc.. is supposed to be (behind battery) is not there, it looks like it was erased. Is there anyway that I can get the esn?

W Wpz2000 Well-Known Member Jul 15, 2011 #2 Power it up, if not on the activation screen, pull up the menu and select settings, status and the MEID should be on there. B benson304 Well-Known Member Jul 18, 2011 #3 With a "bad ESN" you're not getting it on Verizon. It's probably been blacklisted. Unless they just meant the ESN sticker was bad.
