unrom but not unroot

i want to get rid of the roms but stay rooted how can i do that?
i am not sure on what exactly i put on my phone so i want a fresh start

Did you make a nandroid backup before you did anything? If not, then you'll have to flash the RUU then re-root.

Yes I did. Do I flash that to my card? I use pre kitchen sometimes or just connect the phone to the computer then flash

You can use Pre-Kitchen or boot to the recovery image and flash your backup.

alright thank you i just restored from the nand that was already on the card and that seems to worked.

also i downloaded a new kernel yesterday will that also be gone?

Yes the restore will change your kernel. Check in About phone to see if what kernel you have.

yeah i made the mistake of not creating a nandroid backup before flashing Fresh...I wanted to go back and start fresh and now i gotta RUU which I don't wanna lol.
