Hi newbe here just got the cricket ascend 2 a week ago rooted it but now i want to restore back to factory tried a couple things but when i hold down the volume up and power button get the white huawei screen but stays on nothing else happens so does any one know how to get around this or any software i can download to fix this. sorry if i put this post in the wrong place or if there are other post that might help.
