Unroot galaxy S3 system memory issue

Hello ,

Have anyone encounter backup problem on using Kies to backup after upgrading S3 to ICS 4.0.4?

I am not able to backup any application , contact ,etc at all using even latest versio of windows Kie2 to perform backup on my galaxy s3 phone.

Hope that someone is able to help as Kies keep saying unexpected error to prevent the backup from continue .
