Root unroot or stock rom?

I think you can just install the recently leaked GB RUU and that'll unroot your phone. Remember to format the microSD card as well.
No the RUU wouldn't unroot you. You can follow the directions in the sticky to unroot and ask scotty if you have any questions as he is the best person here for unrooting and using ADB. You could just put the stock rooted rom on it and delete the superuser app, if the buyer isn't going to do anything with rooting then they wouldn't ever know a difference but this wouldn't be a very honest thing to do

i personally would put mr2(firmware 1.70.605.0) back onto the phone so they can OTA when it happens. flashing the latest leak could affect their future ability to recive OTAs.
how did you root? if you rooted the manual way,you can follow directions starting at "Putting current stock firmware and s-on back onto the phone" in the first post of this thread: http://androidforums.com/thunderbolt-all-things-root/418539-thunderbolt-root-unroot-thread.html
if you rooted via revolutionary,id pretty strongly reccomend to just flash the first file(PG05IMG_1.70.605.0_nohboot.zip ) and leave it at that. messing with your bootloader is risky and should be avoided if possible. buying a used device,they are not going to be able to send it in for warranty claims,so the presence of the revolutionary hboot is not relevant.
having s-off is safer and better in the long run,and wont afect their ability to recieve OTAs in the future. leave it in place and tell them its stock
if you want you can explain the reasons for leaving it there,stressing that it wont affect normal operation,and will make it easy to root in the future if desired,and also make it possible for them to install older firmware if the need arises.
