Root Unroot Questions

Hi everyone,

I bought a Sensation off Craigslist and the phone was rotted, I knew it was, so no big deal.
I don't root phones, never have but I wanted to unroot this one.
Can anyone give me some tips? I read one way on xda but the ruu, I believe it's called kept giving me an error message when trying to download it.
Is there a way to do the unrooting without a computer, just using the phone?

With this phone there is not a way to unroot without a computer. Does it have superuser? Are you sure it is even rooted?

Yes it has superuser on it

I would recommend going to XDA forums and search under Sensation Android Development. You should find it somewhere. It might be in the same post as how to root.

I'd give downloading RUU another try. A lot of files are made available for download by hosting companies (e.g File Factory) that charge a premium for a faster download and/or try to sell other downloads. I've had difficulty more than once trying to find a download.

Let me know if you aren't able to get the download as I can grab it and send it to you.
