Root unroot sequent with cmw on it

Can someone help me out my zte i rooted I didn't mean to install cmw recovery on it and now I want to unroot it and return to stock

keep in mind to remove cwm using the terminal method youll need to be rooted at the time, unroot after installing stock recovery, and only the c++ version and the new java version(listed on page 6 not the main page) actually include the fastboot method of installing recoveries so unless you use one of those you will HAVE to be rooted to install the stock recovery
