Root Unroot to update, files?

Hello, I was wondering with my Casio Commando (v. 2.2.1) I keep thinking I should unroot and install the update to 2.2.3 but I'm not sure if I can.. I deleted bloatware instead of just freezing (had to pay for the freezing part of titanium backup) although it's been so long I don't really remember how to unroot.. do I just plug into computer and click unroot on super one click? how to I install all the original files? And lastly is there a place online where I can find the necessary files? I made a back up on titanium backup but I think it got corrupted and would like a good source if its possible.. otherwise I may not be able to get the update and would just have to upgrade at some point to a different phone.. thanks

You'd have to unroot and return to stock. Then call Verizon and complain that your commando won't take the update. They'll walk you through the factory reset process, take up 30 mins of your time, then, if you're still under warranty, they'll send you a warranty replacement.

That's the only way to get the update after deleting bloat.
