Root Unroot using Unrevoked 3.21 - clarification

Read up on some earlier posts which spoke about removing (un-installing) a couple of apps - which come as a result of running Unrevoked - and rebooting the device. Result -> back to un-rooted device.

I assume this applies to an older version of Unrevoked.

I used Unrevoked 3.21. It rooted my device without wiping the existing data. But if at all I wish to unroot, I guess there is only one option - reinstall an official ROM.

The "Superuser Permissions" app does NOT have an un-install option.

Or - is there another way?

Thanks!
