Picked up a used RAZR Maxx and the guy told me it was rooted. Didn't even know what that was really. Saw it had the Superuser app but when I tried to download the Titanium backup program it tells me I'm not rooted. So my question is how do I remove the Superuser app and remove any trace of it being rooted?

The surest way to make sure it's bone stock would likely be to use BatMan's Droid Razr Utility found under 'tools and utilities' at the link below.
