Help Unrooting failed.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 7000 whom I have recently rooted. I, regretting this decision, decided to unroot it. After both unrooting AND a total factory reset, I can no longer, for some reason, use any google aplications; e.g. Google Play, I can't evenlog in because "It wasn't possible to estabilish a data connection with the network" Please, Help.
