Help Unrooting for updates

I have a samsung galexy stellar (yes a stellar there is 0 support in the stellar platform and since I used the same rooting method of the S3 ill post it here)

I rooted to debloat (used superSU) now verisons trying to push through an update and my phone tries multiple times a night to install failing everytime. How can I remove root in order to update?

Thanks and sorry its the wrong forum.

First backup all your apps with Titanium Backup to your external SD card and might as well make a nandriod backup with CWM too. Then plug it in the computer and use Kies to update...it will break root. Once it's updated, you might have to do a factory reset to put get rid of all your old unusable rooted apps. Root your phone, install Titanium Backup and restore all your apps+data. Done. I'm suggesting the Kies method because OTA never works for me.

what about using "Voodoo Root Keeper"? i have an S3 and its my first phone ive rooted. my buddy that helped me root told me to use Voodoo to remove root, install Jelly Bean (when its available) and then use Voodoo again to restore root. i did have an update (U.S. Cellular) that added some bloatware and Google Wallet. i did NOT use Voodoo and my phone told me that it "failed" but when i looked i had all the new stuff...? So now when JB is ready i dont know if i should try it first without Voodoo and see what happens or just use it and see what happens.
