I go to Settings > About Phone, it shows the version(4.2.2), but it's light grey, and whenever I click on it, nothing happens. I can't seem to update it with any app, and need help please.

In your settings menu, right below the "About Phone" option, or thereabouts, there should be a "Software Updates" option.:

Thank you for replying! Unfortunately, I cannot see this button. About phone is the limit of the settings menu.
Now is that "Sweez" or "Sweex"? Can't find anything about "Sweez", and Sweex went bust about three years ago.

If it's a Sweex device, there will NOT be any updates now.
If it's got 4.2.2, that sounds like quite an old phone, and they were quite cheap at the time anyway.

Oops, I spelt it wrong. It's Swees.
Nope, can't find anything much useful for "Swees" either. Is this some off-brand Chinese phone? If it is, there's almost certainly no chance of any updates.
