I had my Galaxy S4 unlocked 6 months ago by a local retailer and moved from Orange to Talktalk. Since then I have been plagued by frequent rebooting, reluctance to free up the screen and, most annoying of all, rebooting when trying to answer a call. I don't know what technique was used to unlock the phone, it was not factory reset and no data was lost and I wonder if this would have helped. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
