I need to un-sync my phone numbers and all other accounts from my fb account.

Once synced, I'm not entirely sure it's possible to unsync them.
If you clear cache and data of the facebook app, sign in again, then select don't sync for your contacts, that might clear it.

You can unsync by going to settings>accounts and sync >choose the app you wish to change the syncing behavior and click on it. you can select what you want to sync or simply remove the account. You can also go into the phone app and remove facebook contacts from your contact list, though it differs by phone.
