<Untitled> Download Unsuccessful

Somehow, I have two notifications that both say:

<Untitled> Download Unsuccessful

Neither will go away. Not with a restart, or a battery pull.

I've cleared caches, etc. I don't know what else to do.

Someone please help me!

I've seen that some people had this issue with the Dolphin Browser, but I use Google Chrome (Beta).

Are you currently on wifi or 3g? I've not had this error happen myself but alot of people seem to have fixed it by connecting to wifi. otherwise, maybe a factory reset?

What happens if you click on the notification itself?

I've had it on chrome on my n7 (WiFi). I tend to use boat for downloads

Perhaps something like History Eraser might find something else.

I am on WiFi and nothing happens when I click them.

I get this all the time when trying to download Google Voice voicemail from a link provided in Gmail. Assuming you have the Downloads app (stock Android), open the app and you should be able to locate the offending files in the list and delete them from there. The notifications should then disappear on their own. This has always worked for me.

I decided to do a factory reset this morning. Obviously, they went away, and my phone is running MUCH smoother now.

The <Untitled> message appears when you do not have enough space to download that file. For an easier solution, all you have to do is just clear up enough space and it should be good. Worked for me.
