What type of tracking are you hoping to avoid?
Only way to truly make a device un trackable is to put it in airplane mode or pull the battery out. But I'm guessing this isnt what you're looking for.

Seriously, stop watching Fox News and your life will be greatly improved. Everything on there is sensationalized garbage. Their slogan should be "Truth is boring. Watch us!"
