Help unused contacts vanished automaticly

i have LG p970 mobile phone
i had a big problem with the unused contacts ( names and numbers )
these unused contacts was vanishing
and when i add it again the same problem will happen if i does not use this contact also the new added contacts and the old ones
other used contacts still valid with no problem
so friends I need your help to avoid this problem
I restart it many times and reset it many times without any benefits
any help please?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you adding the contacts under 'Google' or 'Phone'? If it's phone then this occasionally happens to me as well. Enter them under Google and make sure your account is synced and it should save them.
