Help Unusual question

This question is probably not for "Android forums" but I feel like some of You know the answer.

My old K700i is not for use over 6 years
Is there a way I can copy its data (music, etc) to my PC to save my memories :D (if I can't even turn him on)

Thanks!

Won't turn on at all? Perhaps it's just the battery that's dead and won't even charge at all. This phone is from 2004 I think, battery is probably well shot. If it is the battery, might be worth trying another one...they're still available apparently.

Thank You for Your answer.I feel like it is battery,he won't turn on at all.I meant something that You could take out his memory slot (or whatever) mechanically and then copy its data.I don't know.that's why I ask.Maybe they can do something in service.

This phone doesn't take any sort of memory card AFAIK.

41MB of internal onboard storage, so it would definitely have to be on for any chance of reading and retrieving anything. Else it's going to be j-tag or chip-off forensic data recovery, extremely expensive. This is a Symbian phone isn't it? Nokia usually made them, but Sony-Ericsson did as well.

Yup, so I suggest trying a replacement battery in it. Given that the battery in it could be up to 12 years old, and has been standing discharged for over six years. That will almost certainly kill a lipo battery, they don't like long term discharge at all.

Anyway,as it seems I won't get answer to this question so I'll use the opportunity to ask You:

I would like that my CM 13 touch sound sounds like the one on stock Samsung Touchwiz. Is there a way I can set that ?

Thanks

With a root enabled file explorer go to /system/media/audio/ui .ogg are audio files. You will need to test till you find the correct one. replace with desired tone. This MUST HAVE THE SAME NAME AND PERMISSIONS AS EXISTING, usually the permissions are rw-r-r.
