Help unwanted lollipop notification

Hi
The latest update "Lollipop" has already download onto my phone (samsung S5) with automatic updates. I am pretty sure I have turned automatic updates off but the notification still keeps popping up . I do not want this update.
How can I delete the download? and get rid of the notification?

Not sure you can without root but why not take the update? My wife took it on her s5 straight out the box and it's fast and stable (not to my taste but she likes it)
