Help Unwanted "ring tone picture"

Bear with me... I don't know all of the terminology. I just bought this phone. After a few days, I browsed my downloaded ringtones, and noticed that a rather inappropriate picture from my gallery has been attached to some of those ringtone listings. I can't remember if I saw this pic attached to some other functions also, or if I'm not remembering correctly. I've tried the menu, etc, and can find no way to delete the pic from the ringtones. T Mobile suggested I delete the picture from my gallery, but I think that was her way of saying she does not know. I think there must be another way. After all, how did that pic get attached to those ringtones to begin with?

Create a new contact for that person, check it saved OK, then delete the old contact. That should do it.
As a matter of interest, if you have contacts on your SIM, you cannot add a picture to them.

I'm having the same problem, I deleted the pic but its still posted on the ringtones!!! Its not the caller ID pic, Its like in the music players and ringtones, my pics were on my memory card and I have no clue how they got on my music, I even tried deleting the songs, that didn't work either!!!

I am having this issue myself. The picture isn't graphic or adult in nature, but it is annoying! The photo in question is not on the phone, has never been on the phone, and is not on my memory card either. The photo was on my memory card for roughly 3 days, when it was being used in my old phone. The photo is associating itself with a LOT of the songs on the card. I formatted the card, and re-added things hoping that would fix it, but upon pulling up my music, that picture is still being shown as the album art! Urgh!!
