Unwanted screen saver (?)

Hi,
While being charged, my phone shows a screen (see pic.) which I can't get rid of.
Any help?

Do you have Peel Smart Remote or DU Battery Saver installed? If not, did you install or update any apps shortly before this started?

Additional adware screen savers are a new trend amongst dodgy apps, so the trick is to work out which app is responsible and remove it.
