Unwanted text ads

I keep receiving unwanted test message ads from and in Polish! Is there anyway to stop this no phone number on the message. Oh, BTW is it comes in at 0715 hours in the morning waking me up!

Reply "STOP" to the text (that's the standard way to stop them in the UK anyway) and if that doesn't work I'd take it up with your carrier
Receiving unwanted SMS from unknowns(no number) can happen, might have got on some SMS number ad-list from Poland. Contact your carrier, see if they can suggest or do anything. "STOP" is for premium AFAIK, those should have a number, maybe five digits, you reply "STOP" to, that's in the UK.

Some carriers allow you to block specific numbers, for example if you have Sprint you can send a text to 9999 with the message "block <number>" which would look like:
block 1234567890
