Root UOT Problems

Hey guys i just made a theme using UOT and i flashed it and the only thing that changed was the battery color.... why isn't the entire changes taking place? i whiped cache and delvik cache before flashing and it flashed correctly... so everything should be showing up right?

You must have done something wrong in UOT when making it. All I can think of

no. i just redid the entire theme and the only thing changing is battery icon the loading circle download bar. the whole status bar isnt changing like it should....
