my Phone sonyexperia L is going nuts after the update i did today fom the latest version of android 4.2 versie 1.53.3.A.1.12

I don't know why an OTA messes a phone up, but often times they do.

Try doing a factory data reset. That is what rooted users have to do when installing a different or updated version of Android after all.
