ive just got myself a htc desire S which is my 1st ever smartphone i might add and very pleased so far if a little overwhelmed at just how smart it is lol
anyways i just got a notification saying android has a software update for me to download, it did warn me that it was a rather large download and i should use wifi for it - well i used my mobile network because i have no wifi connection where i am and watched in horror as it ate up my data usage (thanks to 3g watchdog app) so i discarded the download at about 6% as im near my 2gb limit with my network......
what i want to know is...... how do i attempt to download this update again? i cant find it in downloads or anywhere else on the phone and as i said before im a complete noob at this so any ideas if i need this update? or where/how i can find it again so when i do have wifi i can resume the download again?
even tried to look on my downloads in the android market but no joy there either?
