The ringtones your phone came with? Are you saying you can't find them in the system settings>sound>ringtones? Do you use a third party ringtone app?
Same with me. I have a Galaxy A3. I notice that the default search directory (in Settings->Device->Sounds and notifications->Ringtones) is "/storage/extSdCard/Media/Audio". The A3 doesn't have an extSdCard. The normal place was "/storage/emulated/0/Media/Audio". This directory exists but does not contain any of the standard ringtones that came with the phone (nor any of my downloaded custom ringtones). I have connected my phone via USB to my PC and done a search for all music files -- only 4 exist on the entire phone -- and they seem to come from apps such as Facebook and Weather.
