I want to download mashmallow update through my mobile data but when i turn it on the speed turms to 0.0 kbps and when i surf on net the speed increases

Hi

I think your chances of getting a clean download on mobile data are quite low. (maybe OK on 4G) I would wait until you have a decent wifi connection available. Even then it could take quite a while. (about 45 minutes where I live! - slooow broadband)
