My Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0 fails to install the latest update. Carrier is AT&T. After downloading the 609 MB update file the phone restarts, then the update fails, with no explanation.
What can be done to fix this? Is there a log file somewhere on the phone that provides a reason for the failure? Is there a way to side load the update file to avoid the download from the AT&T server again?
