ROMs update/flash RK3066 Noname

Hello,

i try now around 3 months to find an Update for my RK3066 Noname Tablet without any sucsess.
I dont know how many different images i downloaded and tryed to install i guess around 50 at least. I was also in contact with the manufacture but they dont have any update and there also not really cooperative.
So my last hope to get an Android 4.1 or higher is this forum.

The magic word - Shenzen. I don't think you'll have any luck. Sorry. They probably picked the company name because they take your money and run fast.

I mean there is an android system wich runs on it why is it not possible to get somehow another one on it? What do i need ?
 
Well... i found this one: [ROM] METROBLEACH CWM ZIP JELLYBEAN ANY RK3066 - Unlisted Rockchip RK3066 Tablets - SlateDroid.com wich should work on ever RK3066.
I could install it but after the installation when it restarted the screen was 2/3 black and 1/3 white. No reaction, no sounds or anything...:(

Runfasttabletpc.com is one of their web sites. Your tab is an A9 Cortex tab. There are many of these around. One of the great devs is Christian Troy, he developed many things for the a10tabs .. I had one. Look for the a9 there probably is stuff around for it. TTabs are fun to work with but can be problematic.. See they depend on touch .. If you can connect a keyboard and/or mouse it gets easier. Look around it can be frustrating so here's a couple of leads that may help. Android root unlock at source forge.. TTabletRepublic.com rk3066 a9 Thread.. Also there is the fluid ROM for similar specced tab. Hope it helps a bit. RRemember... Root and then BACKUP saved my butt a few times. Very important always create a full backup after rooting. And I don't mean titanium. I mean a full nandroid at least. OOn android. Nandroid on line nandroid.. These will allow you to backup your full system without having to do it from recovery.
