Update for non-data plan users?

I don't have the Tmo data plan and I still have not got the update yet. Have anyone without the data plan received the update?

I believe at least one user stated that they had received the update and didn't have a data plan. My suggetion - call TMO and tell them you still haven't received the update. They should send you a replacement phone with the update installed.

No worries, I received the update on Saturday and I don't have a data plan... Like kkarlin said call up t-mobile and bitch and moan. No exaggeration I must have called tmobile last week something like 6 times. The only people who didn't seem completely oblivious to the update situation was the people from the android tech support line, if you can get hooked up with them you should be fine.

Yeah, I got it without a data plan. Don't know if it's location-related, but I'm in chicago. Update was seamless. Wish they'd push another- there's still room for improvement
