Help Update gone horribly wrong

So yesterday my Samsung Continuum had an update that I was to install? Once I did it and completed the update the phone has been acting up ever since. Very few features work right, it keeps randomly lighting itself up or making random vibrates. Also my top drop down won't work correctly, it just makes the phone freeze on me.

If anyone can offer me any help it will be greatly appreciated!

I would do a recovery... Turn your phone off and then turn it back on holding the power and volume button. This should boot into recovery and give you the option to go back to your previous install.

it turns on but stops at the video of the s shape and makes the plashing thing and is stuck there and vibrates between 2 mins and vibrates again
