Update issues... All apps involved

Hello,
Im an android user for about 6 months only, so maybe there is a solution for this and I am not aware of it.

The issue is with the updates of all apps. after set some applications to automatically update, they constantly download new update and install, and suddenly, after 3 months, I ran out of space (internal storage).

You might try clearing the cache in some of your apps.. depending on the app, a cache can build quickly. I would also look into using a task manager like SystemPanel to keep track of the things you're running, you also may not be properly closing (or backing) out of certain apps.

One thing that can help is disabling automatic updates.
This way you will receive notification when there is an update, but then you can look at what the update involves, and decide whether for you personally the changes are worth it to you.
Also if memory is an issue, make sure you move any apps that can be moved to your sd card, to your card.
Also look for an app called 1 tap cache cleaner on the market, and use it at the end of the day to clear caches.
One final memory tip, be sure to clear your browser search history from time to time, as you'd be amazed at how much it saves.
Hope this helps :)

The cache cleaner is a good tip, I always did it manually.

On a sidenote, the premium version of SystemPanel has an 'Installer' feature which lets you backup different versions of your apps, and lets you revert to an old version if you dislike the changes of the new one.
