Hey guys I rooted my X when I first got it when they first came out with the X. Two days ago it automatically updated to 2.2.1 and I lost my root.
I went to go through the same process downloading DroidXroot.zip and followed the same steps using an emulator on my phone. I never used the pc method and would rather not. Now when I go to root I can't get past the first line of code which is Code: with out getting the permission denied response.
What do I need to do to root this again?
