Help Update & Market problem ?

Okay so I used to have FunForMobile app to download ringtones but then I restored my phone like completely deleted everything and when I was installing all my apps again I CANNOT find FunForMobile app for nothing ! :/

What's going on ?
Can I install it in some other way ?

& Also I have MetroPCS and heard about an update ? How do I update the phone ??

I don't see a result for it either when I search. As far as the update, just keep checking back and once it is out, it will be shown how to do it here.
