Help update messed up my phone!

[Gimmick]

so this morning i woke up to my phone saying it had a firmware update from tmoble, and excited to hear this is eagerly let it update. however when my phone tried to reboot itself it got stuck on the vibrant screen and wont go any further. any ideas on what to do? i dont want to do a factory reset of my phone!

Mine did the same thing. I had to reflash the original JI5 firmware using odin. Then I flashed the JI6 update from XDA Developers with odin and it worked fine.

I Had Same prob.Only ont top of it it erased me external memory card

I have the same problem...I just keep getting an error that "process.com.htc.launcher" won't load and I can't get past it.

i got eken m002 i updated the firmware, now after rebooting the pad go blank and can read the sdcard only the red light is on (plugged to charger). Anyone can help how to restore the m002,

Mine is doing the same thing...I thought it was because I'm rooted. I'm not sure what to do now...anyone have some advice?
