Root Update my rooted Samsung SHG-T849

So I rooted my tablet a couple of years ago and haven't updated it since. It runs pretty slow now and tips on a newer ROM to try and ways to speed it up?

My sch-1800 is running cyanogen mod 10.1 and jelly bean. Everything works except the hot spot. Give it a try
