I used to customize the bejeezus out of my Triumph, not feeling the need with the Desire. The selling point was the kitkat update promised first quarter 2014, and it looks like they're keeping their word!

Doesn't matter. I'm going to get an OTA OS update on my prepaid no-contract phone. The Triumph could have handled updates, as the list of ICS roms proves. But they sold the thing with Froyo up until a few months ago.
