Help Update Option to Android 2.2 Disappear?!?

I have been getting the notification to upgrade to Android 2.2. I have been choosing "install later".

Today, I want to do the upgrade but the notification to upgrade never show up. When I go to the setting -> phone -> update phone... it keeps saying that my phone is up to date with 2.1.

Anyone has any idea how to get the notification to upgrade back?

Just search and download the official VM Froyo update file and install it manually.
