I'm downloading smartswitch because Kies does not support galaxy s6

Did a factory reset. Phone works fine now ,but i lost my contacts for some reason they did not backup.

Did you have them saved to Google or just to your phone?

I had them on google . They are back now the sync had not finished that is why the were not showing. Thanks man for the help.
