Help Update problems?

I got the notice at 4:30am (central), it took about an hour plus to download and then install.

Once I rebooted like it asked I got the screen with the android, the triangle and exclaimation point. I did a hard reset and checked to see if it installed but I still show 2.1 and now when I go to update my system it keeps telling me I am up to date. Very annoying.

My wife had the same problem with her phone. I rebooted it in recovery mode, did a factory reset, and then the update was available again. Worked perfectly the second time. No idea what happened the first time. Hope that helps!
