Update to 4.3

[Android Question]

After I received the update to 4.3 on my S3, everytime I get a text or an email my camera flashes on the back. Is there a setting that needs turned off for this. I rebooted it twice.

There's a new 4.3 update. That's one of the things it supposedly fixes.
