That site will give you the latest firmware to flash, with the tool called ODIN to flash it.
Just be sure to choose the latest firmware for your device and carrier.
Note that it will wipe your device when you flash the firmware.
I don't think Samsung or any of the carriers released KitKat for the Galaxy SII so if you really want KitKat you need to root it and find a valid third-party ROM. (Sammobile only has OEM ROMs). There are some one-click apps that will root your phone but note that they also install their own apps that run in the background so be wary. Luckily with older Samsung phones there's a much safer way to root your phone, although it does require you to use a computer. Odin is Windows only utility that's the most popular, Heimdall is an Open Source alternative that runs on Linux, Mac, and Windows computers. The process will require you to root your phone along with installing a custom Recovery. Once rooted you can then just work with your S2 to clean it up or install a custom ROM. Here's a site with links to different S2 guides -- note it's really important to only follow the instructions that apply to the specific model of your S2. http://galaxys2root.com/
Note in the link above they often refer to CWM as the Recovery. Development for CWM was stopped a year or so ago. It won't hurt anything to continue using it, and links in the articles may not work but a very good and actively developed alternative is TWRP. Go to the link below and type in the model I.D. of your S2: https://twrp.me/Devices/
