Hello and welcome to Android Forums forzet

Your CSC code, OJV, covers several areas, such as, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa and Tunisia. However, there has been, for the octa core model, no Android 5.0, Lollipop, release, to-date, for these areas.

Keep an eye on the S5 Lollipop (Android 5) latest releases thread for updates.

Therefore should I wait for the OTA.

Therefore should I wait for the OTA.

I would recommend that. Particularly if you need a certain language pack.
