Hi, ive got root on my zte version 768 aka Concord and its OS is currently 2.3.7. I'm 15 years old but I'm pretty programming savvy. I need help on how to update my phone.

Root Update with root

If this is anything like my ZTE Force.I can uninstall root by using Superuser/SuperSU.Then you can do your update,Then reroot.

It won't update at all, thats why i rooted it
So they do offer an update for it and yours won't update?
You could try,Go to Google Framework app and clear cache/data and then to update.

No offer, i tried what you suggested result::network error, download failed
I would try resetting the phone to factory defaults and see if that fixes it.Can't hurt and you shouldn't loose root.

What does that do?
Resets the phone to when you bought it new.(Factory Reset some times fixes issues that develop over time.)
