Help update.zip for rooting

does anyone have the working file as the one i downloaded when rooting failed...

You haven't even said which guide you're using? Update.zip could be anything.

i used this Root your HTC Wildfire Android Phone! | Gadgets DNA and when i got to the update.zip part it failed

What part of it failed? Is there an error?

yes after i done the factory wipe and tryed to load the update.zip it failed and therefore my phone didnt get rooted

Have you downloaded it again since? maybe it corrupted int he download?

It should give an error as to why it failed, like (bad file) or similar.

Can't do much without knowing that to be honest.

nevermind now its rooted howver i have another problem as when i go into clockwork v2 and try go on anything on there the screen will go blank eg going on reboot it stays blank untill i press the power it goes back to the clockwork and i have to take my battery out to get it back to the menu
ps i rooted using revoked method
