Help update

hi, i bought the x10i during the week and unlocked it so i could use vodafone sim in it, now when i plug into pc it is saying there is an update availble. if i update will it simlock my phone again or will it still be unlocked?

Ths sim lock is there by the operators will.
the update is made by SEso i think it has nothing to do with it.
I may be wrong so wait for a few more replys.

I have an unlocked phone from carphone warehouse updates no problem ,but am not sure in your case as mine was from the set off

my hand set is on 02 but i am on three network i hav updated and im still unlocked, so i would say all is ok bud.......

I bought the X10a. Unlocked it myself by getting an unlock code from a Company on the internet. After it was unlocked I updated it through the Sony Ericsson Update Service. My phone remained unlocked.
